Booking changes & refunds are eligible for every person who books a tour. Here’s what you need to know about making changes to booking.

Booking changes

You are eligible to make changes to your booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
However, please note that we cannot guarantee the addition of an extra person after the initial booking is made. Changes are subject to availability and the nature of the activity.

Refund policy

If you find yourself needing to cancel your booking, you can request a refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
We will refund the complete amount back to you in such cases.

Cancellation within 24 hours

If you decide to cancel your booking within the 24-hour timeframe leading up to the scheduled activity, we reserve the right to retain the full amount of the booking.
This policy is in place to account for preparations and arrangements made on our end in anticipation of your participation.
